Proximity and responsiveness, the foundations of successful strategies

With Degni & Vecchio, our clients find a high level of know-how and a spectrum of competences covering the main areas of criminal and civil law. In addition, we have extensive experience in administrative law, including public service, internal investigations and international organizations. We also advise on all types of transactional or entrepreneurial projects and assist business leaders in their development and decisions.

We capitalize on our business law practice to control risks and favour the potential for action in our clients’ best interest.

As a multilingual firm, we operate in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Serbo-Croatian, which enables us to serve an international clientele and to understand foreign cultures and legal systems.

An important part of our clients are decision-makers concerned with a fast resolution of their disputes or contractual negotiations. In each case we suggest a realistic strategy based on shared objectives, aiming to make rapid progress in order to optimize actions and reduce costs.

Listen, exchange, act

Degni & Vecchio’s lawyers are well aware of the emotional charge related to court cases, but also of the matters at stake in commercial negotiations. We also strive to create a climate of serene collaboration conducive to creativity and the thoughtful resolution of cases.

The partners play an active role in the academic, judicial and associative life of Geneva. University lecturers (Lawyers graduate courses), deputy judges for administrative and criminal matters and members of the Council of the Bar Association, their experience and trusted network are valuable assets to our clients.
